Privacy Policy

We (“Astrum Games”, “we”, “our”, “us”) want to be transparent and true to our players regarding how we handle any information we gather from our products and services. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) details what user (“user”, “player”) information we collect and how we use it.

What information we collect

Information collected through our mobile games
We collect device-specific information from the user, including but not limited to device hardware model, operating system version, screen resolution, device language and device geographic location (not real-time). We also collect information such as but not limited to player usage, user acquisition data and player statistics (general achievements data and leaderboard data). All this information access is provided by third-party analytics services and is automatically collected. All analytics services we use on our mobile games are provided by Google through Google Play Services, which are governed by Google’s own privacy policy. We do not have control over Google privacy policy and we agreed to their policy to be able to use their services.

Information collected through our website
Personal user information such as name and email may reach us if the user opt to send us a message through our contact form. This is user-provided information. We do not use cookies or user tracker on our website.

Information collected through social media services
We work with social media networks, such as Facebook and Twitter, to keep connected to our players, to send public messages to communicate to our audience and to promote our services. All user information we can access is provided by the user and both we and the user are subjected the each social media platform’s privacy policy.

What we use the information for

The sole purpose for collecting information from our players is to improve the quality of our games and to deliver better experiences in all of our services. We can use this data for the purpose of analysing player engagement and what interest the players the most. This helps us determine what kind of experiences our users want so we can bring new offerings to the table.

In case a user contacts us, we may keep record of the user email to keep in touch with him/her to help any eventual problems with our games or to respond to feedback.

We do NOT share, sell or trade any user-related information to any third-party entities. All user information collected from our games or website are maintained confidential and we are committed to keep it secured. It is also important to note that all the information will be kept stored as long as we can keep our services running. However, we cannot guarantee full security against hacker attacks.

We may release non-personal user information when we need to comply with the law and to protect our own rights, safety and property.

In-game advertisement

We may contain in-game ads in our games to generate revenue. For the advertisement to work properly, some user information may be used by those parties to deliver appealing advertisement for the user. We do not directly share any information to these parties. These ads are provided by third-parties, which we comply to the respectives parties’ Privacy Policy. Third parties offering in-game advertisement to us includes Unity Ads.

Update of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated on a non-regular basis. We will change the update date below. We advise our users to consult this Policy regularly to confirm their agreement with the updated Privacy Policy. Any concerns regarding our Policy, please feel free to contact us.
